•  Final Cleaning: € 25,00 for a 2 day stay. For longer stays: additional € 5 per day, up to a maximum of € 50
  
• for each additional person (max 1) € 10

  Mandatory city tax: € 1.50 per person per day, max. 5 days. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

• Italian breakfast (on-demand): € 12 per person
• Sometimes we organize dinner, the price is  € 35 per person (beverage not included). Fish dinner € 45 per person (beverage not included).
