- Final Cleaning: € 36,00 for a 3 day stay. For longer stays: additional € 6 per day, up to a maximum of € 70.

- Italian breakfast (on-demand): € 12 per person
- Sometimes we organize dinner, the price is € 35 per person (beverage not included). Fish dinner € 45 per person (beverage not included).
