The “SCOIATTOLO” flat is 40sqm + private outdoor gazebo furnished with table and chairs, and is perfect for 2 people. The Scoiattolo is located inside the main farmhouse and has an independent entrance, with a double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with shower cubicle, a living area with sofa, table and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, this allows you to cook meals independently.

The flat is romantic, ideal for a couple. The windows look out onto the garden and the panorama all around. The private terrace is not attached to the flat but is directly overlooking the valley, the envy of all our guests!!!

If you like you can book breakfast – italian breakfast – at a cost of € 12 per person (ask for availability for this service).

Air conditioning in the room and free wi.fi throughout the hotel and outside.

Dogs of all sizes are accepted and there is no breed discrimination.

To reach the facility it is essential to have your own means of transport.

The nearest supermarket is 10 km away and we recommend you do your shopping before arriving at your destination.

• minimum stay 3 nights at Easter and New Year’s Eve.

Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 1.50 per person per day, payable for a maximum of 5 days; children under 12 years are exempt.
