30% deposit
You pay 30% of the booking amount as a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining amount you pay upon arrival.
Cancellation
If you cancel up to 14 days before your planned arrival, you will of course be reimbursed 100% of the deposit.
Dinner
Provided that a sufficiently large number of guests are present, there is the possibility for a joint dinner in the country house. We all eat together and the menu is the same for everyone.
Parking lot at the site
All our guests have their own parking spaces directly at the Country House Il Biroccio. The parking is free of charge for our guests.

To be paid on site: Tourist tax €2.50 per person per day, maximum 5 days, children under 12 are exempt from this tax (NO electronic payment)
- Final cleaning €25 for the minimum stay (2 nights), from the 3rd day €5 per additional day up to a maximum amount of €50, regardless of the length of the stay.
- If you have chosen the "Dependance Poiana", the costs for final cleaning are €40 for the minimum stay (2 nights), from the 3rd day €6 per day more up to a maximum amount of €70, regardless of the duration of the stay.
