For an optimal coexistence and to make sure that all our guests feel comfortable, we have some house rules at Country House Il Biroccio. We ask you to respect our house rules so that every guest can equally enjoy their relaxing vacation in the heart of Italy.
Arrival
WARNING!!! If you use google maps to get to the Country House we warn you that sometimes they recommend a very circuitous route, please contact us for more info. Please check in between 15:00 and 23:00. Please contact us for special requests.
Departure
The Country House must check out by 10:00 a.m., no exceptions are made. Please pay the balance the evening before departure.
Pets
Your four-legged friends are also welcome at the Country House! Please register your pet in advance. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool area.
Cleaning
The apartments are handed over freshly cleaned. Please note that there is no cleaning by us during your stay. Extra cleaning possible for extra charge.
Towels
It is not allowed to use the towels provided to you in the apartment for the pool area. Please use your own towels for this purpose.
Laundry room
We have our own laundry room at Country House Il Biroccio. If you would like to use them to clean your laundry, please actively contact us about it.
Use of the pool
The Country House swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September. According to regional regulations, the depth is 140 cm and the presence of a lifeguard is not required. For this reason, and also to avoid an unnecessary waste of water, diving is strictly forbidden.
Frugality
We would like to point out to our guests that water is a precious commodity, please observe appropriate behaviour to avoid unnecessary waste.
Air conditioning in the flats is free of charge, do not consume energy unnecessarily and ALWAYS switch it off when leaving the flat. You are also asked to respect your surroundings.
Early departure
You will be refunded 100% of the deposit paid at the time of booking if you cancel within 14 days before check-in. After this period the deposit will be retained.
You must always pay 100% of the agreed fee even if you leave early during the middle and high season.
