The ‘POIANA’ Dependance is a three-room flat measuring 85m2 + private outdoor space and can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children/young people. The flat consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals independently, two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower cubicle. Inside one of the rooms is a bunk bed. Another feature of this flat is that both rooms have an exit to the outside, which makes it suitable for 2 couples seeking privacy.
The annexe is about 80 m from the main house, it is spacious, bright and very enjoyable, we guarantee absolute relaxation!

The ‘CINGHIALE’ flat is 48 square metres + private panoramic, shaded outdoor space, equipped with table and chairs and fenced. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children/young people (not suitable for 4 adults). Il Cinghiale is located on the ground floor of the main farmhouse, is accessed through an external door and is totally independent. The flat has a double bedroom with air conditioning, a sofa that becomes a double bed (for children), a bathroom with shower cubicle and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, which allows you to prepare meals independently.

The ‘CAPRIOLO’ flat is 36m2 + private, fenced outdoor space, shaded by 2 beautiful centuries-old mulberry trees and is perfect for 2 people. The “Capriolo” is a totally independent cottage and is located in front of the main house, its windows look out onto the panorama all around and it has a double bedroom and bathroom with shower cubicle and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette so you can cook your own meals and air conditioning. Thanks to the shade of the 2 mulberry trees, the cottage is very cool in summer.
The flat is recommended for all those couples who love independence and who wish to enjoy a stay in the company of their faithful 4-legged pet thanks to the enclosed outdoor space!
