Experience an unforgettable holiday in the middle of Italy at Country House Il Biroccio!
The ‘LUPO’ flat is 50 square metres + a private, shady, panoramic outdoor area equipped with table and chairs and fenced in. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children/young people (not suitable for 4 adults). Il Lupo is located on the ground floor of the main farmhouse, is accessed through an external door and is totally independent. The flat has a double bedroom with air conditioning, a sofa that becomes a double bed (for children), a bathroom with shower cubicle and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, which allows you to prepare meals independently.
If you wish, you can book breakfast – Italian breakfast – at a cost of € 12 per person (ask for availability for this service).
Air conditioning in the room and free wi.fi throughout the facility and outside.
Dogs of all sizes are accepted and there is no breed discrimination.
To reach the facility it is essential to have your own means of transport.
The nearest supermarket is 10 km away and we recommend you do your shopping before arriving at your destination.

- In low season a minimum stay of 2 nights is required;
- minimum stay of 3 nights from 1 June to 12 July; from 24 August to 29 September; long weekend of 25 April; long weekend of the Bridge of the Dead, Immaculate Conception;
- minimum stay 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday from 13 July to 23 August;
- minimum stay of 3 nights at Easter and New Year.
Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 1.50 per person per day, payable for a maximum of 5 days; children under 12 years are exempt.
